Alipore Sadar subdivision is a subdivision of the South 24 Parganas district in the state of West Bengal, India. It consists of three municipalities (Budge Budge, Pujali and Maheshtala) and five community development blocks: Bishnupur–I, Bishnupur–II, Budge Budge–I, Budge Budge–II and Thakurpukur Maheshtala. The five blocks contain ten census towns and 45 gram panchayats. Apart from these, a large parts of Calcutta Municipal Corporation fall in this Apipore Sadar subdivision. The subdivision has its headquarters at Alipore. ==Area== Apart from the municipalities of Budge Budge, Pujali and Maheshtala, the subdivision contains ten census towns and rural areas of 45 gram panchayats under five community development blocks: Bishnupur–I, Bishnupur–II, Budge Budge–I, Budge Budge–II and Thakurpukur Maheshtala.
